The medium firmness is by far the most purchased. It is great for all sleeping positions. The firm is best for people seeking a bit more loft, some back and side sleepers prefer this firmness. The soft is best combination sleepers that like their head to sink in easier and not have too much of a propped-up feeling. This firmness is the favorite of bello employees.

The pillow covers can be removed and washed but not the pillow core. Do not dry with heat. It is best to air fluff or air dry the covers to not risk shrinking.
